Marcus Vlasits is co-founder of NewCharge. He is also board member of ABSOLAR and coordinator of its Energy Storage Workgroup. He organizes energy storage events and conferences and is the co-organizer of EES South America in partnership with SolarPromotion. Since 2019: Co-founder and Managing Partner of NewCharge, an engineering and project development company focused on energy storage. 2016-2018: Co-founder and Commercial Director of Faro Energy, an investment firm active in the area of distributed solar generation. 2007-2012: Director and then Vice-President of O-Cells SE (Germany), a leading producer of photovoltaic cells and panels. 2000-2007: Associate and later Associate Principal at McKinsey&Company.

Tiago de Barros Correia is an economist and holds a master's degree in energy systems planning from the State University of Campinas (Unicamp), as well as a specialist in public policy and government management from the National School of Public Administration (ENAP). For more than fourteen years, he has worked in several federal public administration agencies focusing on the areas of public policy making, regulation and contracting of infrastructure works, especially in the energy, telecommunications and transportation sectors. He was Advisor and Special Advisor at the Ministry of Mines and Energy (MME) from 2004 to 2012, Advisor to the Board of Directors of the National Telecommunications Agency (ANATEL) from 2012 to 2013, Special Advisor to the Ministry of Finance (MF) in 2013, Secretary of Port Infrastructure of the Special Secretariat of Ports (SEP) of the Presidency of the Republic in 2014 and director of the National Electric Energy Agency (ANEEL) between 2014 and 2018. Since April 2019 he has been CEO of Rege Barros Correia Consultoria.

Management of the pre-operational subsidiary companies Interligação Elétrica Minas Gerais, Evrecy, Riacho Grande, Itaunas, Biguacu, Tibagi, Jaguar 8. Responsible for implementing Brazil's first battery energy storage project in the transmission sector. Approximate volume under management R$ 9.5 billion.
