Ítalo Tadeu de Carvalho Freitas Filho graduated in Mechanical Engineering (Escola Politécnica PE), completed an MBA in Finance from the University of Murcia (Spain) and a Master's degree in Energy and Environment from Unicamp. He recently worked as Vice President of Operations and Maintenance at Geração AES Brasil (2009 to 2014); and was CEO of AES Brasil from 2016 to 2021. He held the position of VP of New Business for South America and New Solutions AES Internacional, from 2021 to 2023. He currently holds the Vice-Presidency of Expansion Engineering at Centrais Elétricas Brasileiras - Eletrobras.

He published the study Geopolitics and energy transition in Germany: potentialities and challenges of green hydrogen and works as a developer of greenfield projects and new businesses at Grupo Roca (H2 Green Power Ltda, AXS Energia, Mobs and TC Future). He participated in Brazil-Germany technical missions for the green hydrogen and Virtual Power-Plants (VPPs) market. He has structured wind and solar renewable energy projects, energy storage projects and electric mobility in Brazil and Latin America.

Camilo Adas is Strategy and Energy Transition Superintendent at Be8. He has been worksing for over 35 years in the national and international automotive market. He holds a master's degree in the subject 'Decision Making based on the Creation and Dissemination of Knowledge in Global Companies' by Fundação Dom Cabral, where he is a visiting professor. He is a Counselor at SAE BRASIL for Energy Transition, Technology and SAE do Futuro, and a member of the Board of Directors of Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia. He is the coordinator of the Study Group for the nationalization of the automotive chain for Green Hydrogen in Brazil, together with the Ministry of Economy. He is a member of the Mobility Decarbonization Group at FIESP and of the Industry Committee for Sustainable H2 of the National Confederation of Industry (CNI). Camilo Adas was manager of the iH2 project for Hidrogênio Verde at the Brazil-Germany Chamber of Commerce in Rio de Janeiro and acts as an energy transition advisor for private companies.
