He organizes energy storage events and conferences and is the co-organizer of EES South America in partnership with SolarPromotion. Since 2019: Co-founder and Managing Partner of NewCharge, an engineering and project development company focused on energy storage. 2016-2018: Co-founder and Commercial Director of Faro Energy, an investment firm active in the area of distributed solar generation. 2007-2012: Director and then Vice-President of O-Cells SE (Germany), a leading producer of photovoltaic cells and panels. 2000-2007: Associate and later Associate Principal at McKinsey&Company.

In the electric energy market for 23 years, with experience in large national and international companies, Francisco has had a technical training in Electrotechnics, a degree in Administration and an MBA in Business in the Electric Sector by FGV. He was involved in the development of projects for thermal and hydroelectric power plants, in the conception of projects for basic network substations and solar and wind power plants. As the Application Engineering Manager for Energy Storage Systems at Grupo Moura, he has engaged with the firsts projects in several application, including the firsts hybrid power plant of large off-grid systems in Brasil, integrating thermal and PV power plants with ESS.
