Evandro Mendes is CEO and founder of Eletricus, a pioneer in the segment. An electrical engineer graduated from Unesp, he has years of experience in the energy market, energy distribution, low and medium voltage projects, and infrastructure for electric vehicle charging. He was a member of the standards committee for electric car chargers and charger installation in Brazil, playing a significant role in issues mainly involving equipment and installation safety. He is currently the infrastructure director of ABVE (Brazilian Electric Vehicle Association). In addition, Evandro has international academic and professional experience in Germany and Switzerland from the years when electric mobility was just beginning, and he experienced in those countries some of the same challenges we face today in Brazil for the expansion of electric mobility.

Automotive Mechanical Engineer with 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, working in all stages of the product development cycle - from initial design (package, CAD), prototype construction, and validation to manufacturing, quality control, and project management. He was technical manager in the electric vehicle application area (passenger and commercial) at BYD, focusing on reliability and durability, communication protocols (telematics/CANbus), and performance testing. He is currently After-Sales Manager at ZEEKR for Latin America, working directly in Brazil and other MERCOSUR countries. He holds a degree in Automotive Mechanical Engineering from FEI - Faculty of Industrial Engineering (1999-2003) and a postgraduate MBA in Strategic and Economic Business Management from FGV-IBE (2013-2015). He was a member of COMFROTA (Management Committee for the Program to Monitor the Replacement of Fleets with Cleaner Alternatives), representing CREA-SP in 2022 and 2023.

Rafael Cunha is an Electrical Engineer from the Federal University of Santa Catarina and writes the 'Electric Vehicles' column for FotoVolt magazine. He has several years' experience in projects for industrial installations, as well as in projects to implement an electrical work safety regulatory standard (NR-10) and is also a member of the study commission currently developing the NBR 17019 standard. Rafael is a co-founder of and the director of operations at movE Eletromobilidade, which provides technological solutions for managing the charging controls of electric vehicles.
