Ana Carla Petti has more than 20 years of experience in Regulatory, Strategic Operations Management, Risk Management and Middle-Office, working in executive positions in the energy sector at companies such as Braskem and Odebrecht Energia. She has been an executive at the Comerc Energia Group for more than seven years and currently serves as the group's director of regulatory and institutional affairs. She is a chemical engineer and lawyer, with a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a postgraduate degree in Financial Products and Risk Management and an MBA in Executive Management.

Maria Gabriella Reigada is Partner and CEO of Sec Power, and an expert in energy storage, with over 12 years of experience in the battery industry. With an educational background from FGV and an MBA from Insper, she strategically leads business operations in the sector, driving growth, profitability, and innovation. She is an active member of the Communication Group at ABSAE (Brazilian Energy Storage Association), contributing to the promotion and strengthening of the energy storage sector in Brazil. With a strong track record in the battery industry for telecommunications, data centers, and solar applications, she leads initiatives in domestic manufacturing and the expansion of energy storage solutions, with a focus on energy security, sustainability, and off-grid solutions. Her commitment is to building a more sustainable, competitive, and innovative energy future.

Daniel Maia is managing partner and founder of Athon Energia, established in 2017, accumulating more than eight years of experience in the energy sector. He was also managing partner at Boali and secretary of the board and IR and M&A manager at Arezzo&Co. He worked as an Investment Officer at Tarpon Investimentos, focusing on fundraising and investment analysis in the retail and energy sectors. He holds a degree in Business Administration from FGV and in International Finance from HEC Paris.
