He is an Electrical Engineer with an MBA in Electricity Sector Business at FGV and has extensive experience in energy storage and renewable energies. He has previously contributed to the promotion of solar energy in the Brazilian energy matrix, participated in the development of public policies, regulations, normative acts, and legal measures - including contributing to the advancement of the Legal Framework for Distributed Generation.

Claudir Afonso Costa is currently General Coordinator of Isolated Systems in the Energy Transition Department of the Ministry of Mines and Energy. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, a master's degree, and is pursuing a doctorate at the University of Brasília. He also has postgraduate degrees in infrastructure policy, public administration, and project management. In addition to working in the private sector, he is a civil servant in the Infrastructure Analyst career, having dedicated himself to the areas of engineering and public policy for the energy sector in various agencies of the Federal Public Administration.

Pedro Schuch Mallmann holds a degree in Business Administration from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, an MBA in Project Management from HSM and a degree in Financing and Deploying Clean Energy from Yale. He began his professional career as an entrepreneur in the global procurement sector and in 2014 joined Renobrax as a partner in the development of centralized wind and solar energy projects. Pedro joined EDP in December 2023 as Head of Regulation for renewable generation. Currently, he is responsible for Stakeholders for South America, having among other responsibilities the representation of the company on the Boards of Directors of the Brazilian Association of Wind Energy and New Technologies (ABEEólica) and the Brazilian Association of Solar Energy (ABSOLAR).
