Fernanda Delgado is the CEO of ABIHV (Brazilian Association of the Green Hydrogen Industry) and a postgraduate professor at FGV and UFRJ, as well as a lecturer at the Brazilian Army Command and General Staff School.
She holds a Ph.D. in Energy Planning and two Master's degrees - one in Information Technology and the other in International Finance. She is the author of four books and has numerous publications on the energy sector and Petropolitics.
Fernanda serves on the Education Council of ACRJ, is the founder of the "Yes, They Exist" program and the women's mentoring initiative EMPODEREC. She writes about energy for Estadão's Broadcast and epbr.
