Cesare Quinteiro Pica has worked for 16 years with innovation in the energy industry, on issues related to energy generation, distribution and trading in the context of integrating the vehicle charging infrastructure in the electric energy network. He currently serves as CEO of MOVE Eletromobilidade, a technology company offering smart solutions and digital services for recharging electric vehicles. Cesare is an Electrical Engineer from the Federal University of Santa Catarina, and a PhD from the Politecnico di Torino on Power Electronics for Distributed Generation and Integration of Electric Vehicles in the Power Grid.

Evandro Mendes holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from UNESP and has experience in business development, commercial strategy, electrification, electrical infrastructure, and B2B market expansion. Throughout his career, he has built a track record that combines technical engineering expertise with strong commercial and management skills, leading projects, developing new channels, devising sales strategies, and conducting negotiations with major companies in the industrial, real estate, automotive, energy, and infrastructure sectors. He is a founding partner of Eletricus, a company established in 2019 that specializes in electrification solutions, where he played a direct role in building and expanding the business-from commercial development and strategic positioning to engineering projects, electrical infrastructure, installation, maintenance, and operation of electric vehicle charging systems. He currently serves as National Sales Manager for Consumer Goods and Electrification at Elgin Brasil, where he is responsible for market development, business expansion, new distribution channels, and strengthening the company's presence in the electrical sector. His experience also includes managing teams and sales representatives, developing distributors and partners, working with engineering firms, manufacturers, and end customers, structuring new business ventures, and launching technical solutions-always striving to translate market and engineering knowledge into sustainable sales growth.

As Electric Mobility Manager at Intelbras, he has over 16 years of experience in product management, business development, and strategy. He began his career in Research & Development, leading product development projects for the Brazilian market and participating in international development initiatives, primarily in China. Throughout his career, he has worked on structuring and expanding strategic portfolios, notably the creation of the Off-Grid Solar Energy unit at Intelbras, where he led the development of the product category, business model, and market strategy. He is currently in charge of the Electric Mobility business at Intelbras, driving the development of solutions focused on the energy transition.

Mr. Luke Hu co-founded Electroder, a World Economic Forum Technology Pioneer specializing in battery cell design and development. He is currently focusing on building the company's global business and advising Electroder's clients on planning and executing battery electrode and cell assembly development projects. Mr. Hu has been leading his team completing various cell R&D projects, developing advanced software tools, and building new cell development process. Under his leadership, Electroder joined the Global Battery Alliance as its first member focusing on battery design and development in 2022. Mr. Hu had two decades of experience in manufacturing and technology, and held a variety of management roles globally. He graduated with an MBA degree from Cornell University and a bachelor's degree of engineering from Beijing University of Technology.

José Ricardo Afonso de Souza is a business administrator and entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience in innovation, entrepreneurship, and leadership across both large corporations and startup ecosystems. Known as Cadu, he has held positions at companies such as Fortis, DBJus, EDG, Accenture, and other initiatives, while also leading pioneering micromobility projects in Brazil.Currently, he leads Whoosh's operations in Brazil, overseeing a team of more than 280 employees. Present in cities such as São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Florianópolis, Porto Alegre, and Recife, Whoosh has surpassed 1.5 million users in the country and has been recognized as Brazil's leading mobility company through the Reclame Aqui award.Throughout his career, Cadu has developed a practical perspective on scaling businesses, leading high-performance teams, and transforming innovation into tangible results, always with a focus on sustainable growth.
