With more than 10 years at Siemens, Valdeir has extensive experience in strategic account management, business development, and industrial digitalization, supporting major projects across the oil & gas, energy, mining, and process industries. He works closely with Siemens' global network to connect customers with innovative technologies in electrification, automation, digitalization, and sustainable energy solutions. Valdeir holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from UTFPR and a Global Executive MBA at FGV EAESP.
