Electrical engineer with a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Unicamp, he has been a researcher in CPQD's since 2008. With a solid background in power and energy systems, he coordinates and leads technical projects focused on energy storage (BESS, lithium-ion, lead-acid, and second-life battery solutions), electric mobility, and charging infrastructure. He has experience in R&D projects that involves the development of hardware, firmware, and degradation prediction algorithms, as well as in designing solutions for Smart Grids, Distributed Energy Resources (DER), microgrids, and energy efficiency. He is also a specialist in critical infrastructure, certification testing, and analyzing the impacts of emerging technologies on power quality within distribution grids.
